VIPower™ M07 Series High-Side Drivers

STMicroelectronics' VIPower M0-7 series of automotive-grade high-side drivers is ideal for car body and all critical applications where robustness is essential and operation from -40°C to 150°C is required. This family covers the full load range in terms of type and rated power and includes state-of-the-art embedded control and a brand new protection mechanism.

Newly introduced VIPower™ Zero series with very low on-resistance and extended current sensing can effectively replace electromechanical relays in automotive applications, such as high-current fan motors, heaters and protected battery lines in electrical power distribution systems.
