WolfPACK™ SiC Power Modules | Datasheet Preview

Wolfspeed's WolfPACK modules are ideal for fast design implementation, scalability, and lower assembly overhead. With Wolfspeed’s WolfPACK modules, engineers can leverage the benefits of Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology in an industry-standard form factor. This new baseplate-less module family meets the requirements of medium-power applications and eliminates the common mechanical failures that occur with baseplates such as delamination. The baseplate-less technology also lowers both system weight and footprint as compared to traditional baseplate modules with screw terminals. The press-fit metal tabs have a significantly higher reliability than that of manual and automatic soldering and greatly reduce the cost of assembly for power modules. These metal tabs also speed time-to-market with a simple system implementation. These new Wolfspeed WolfPACK modules come in all SiC MOSFET half-bridge and all SiC MOSFET six-pack configurations with a variety of milliohm options in versatile, industry-standard housing with multiple configurations and topologies.
