TC78H660FTG 2-Channel Brushed Motor Driver | Datasheet Preview

The TC78H660FTG provides independent control of two brushed motors from 2.5 V to 16 V and can handle up to 2 A per channel. It features an Advanced Current Detection System that eliminates the need for sense resistors while an internal regulator allows the driver to operate from a single supply, saving board space and cost. The IC provides the flexibility of using direct PWM or constant current PWM speed control. It has very low On Resistance and extremely low standby current to improve efficiency, and it’s compatible with 1.8 V control logic. The TC78H660FTG has extensive protections and is housed in a compact 16-pin QFN package.
