Image of Wurth's WE-FLAT Flat Cable Ferrite Cores Würth Elektronik's WE-FLAT ferrite cores provide a straightforward solution for filtering interference on ribbon cables or flexible printed circuit boards. These flat ferrite cores come in various shapes, are suitable for cable widths ranging from 5 mm to 52 mm, and feature a NiZn core. They offer effective wideband noise suppression ranging from approximately 1 MHz to 1 GHz. Additionally, the WE-FLAT ferrite cores can be paired with the WE-FCAC FLAT series for easy fixation. This fixing mechanism safeguards the ferrite while automatically securing around the flat cable, accommodating different cable pole numbers.
