SunLED earlier released the NanoPoint-0201 series (0.65 mm x 0.35 mm x 0.20 mm), which was previously the world’s smallest LED. The NanoPoint-01005 LED opens the door for infinite design possibilities. This LED package size is achieved by utilizing the latest technology in semiconductor die in red, orange, yellow, and green. The NanoPoint-01005 series is designed and built for new and emerging technology sectors related to medical/healthcare, wearable devices, and anything powered by AI.
