Image of STMicro's BALF-NRG-02D3 STMicro's BALF-NRG-02D3 is an ultra-miniature balun which integrates matching network and harmonics filter. Matching impedance has been customized for the BlueNRG ST transceiver. The BALF-NRG-02D3 uses STMicroelectronics IPD technology on non-conductive glass substrate which optimizes RF performance. It is developed as a dedicated ultra-miniature balun for BlueNRG devices. Integrating a matching network and harmonics filter, the enhanced balun simplifies RF complexity and provides optimized link budget in a less than 1.2 mm² footprint. Designed on non-conductive glass substrate, it offers low dispersion overtemperature, surpassing other solutions available in the market.
