THERM-A-GAP 974 provides excellent thermal conductivity and is supplied on an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) for improved application. THERM-A-GAP 97X series gap fillers offer the highest thermal conductivity for low to moderate clamping force applications.
