PIC32CX SG Family of Microcontrollers (MCUs)

Microchip's PIC32CX SG devices are mid-performance, 120 MHz MCUs that combine connectivity, performance, and superior integrated security options to power industrial, IoT, automotive, and other applications. Users can take advantage of some of the highest levels of security currently in a MCU of its class. These AEC-Q100 Grade 1-qualified MCUs come in three options (PIC32CX SG41, PIC32CX SG60, and PIC32CX SG61) with 100-pin and 128-pin packages in extended temperature ranges.

The SG41 is a stand-alone MCU that offers excellent connectivity and security features, including immutable secure boot, secure debug, and code protection from chip erase. The SG61 adds a JIL high-certified secure hardware security module (HSM) to the MCU. It is offered as a single in-line package, protecting applications and secrets from physical attacks. Microchip also provides custom provisioning options for the SG61.
