The standard series is suitable for primary rectification and the fast/super-fast versions are ideally used as secondary rectifiers and freewheeling diodes in fast switching of AC/DC and DC/DC converters. A glass passivated die structure allows these series to provide good electrical performance, making them ideal for consumer, lighting, telecom systems, communication systems, computers, power supplies, and automotive systems, as well as many other industrial applications.
