Series 46 EcoTouch Switches

Whether it is standard pushbuttons with plastic or metal front bezels, or 30 mm flush-mount switches with aluminum bezels and plastic actuator bodies, the series 46 has all applications covered.

In addition, series 46 switches are designed to meet environmental standards with an IP65 rating for sealing. For even higher levels of protection, some actuator styles can be equipped with sealing covers to achieve an impressive IP69K rating. This durable range of dependable switches is perfect for general-purpose industrial controls in machinery and industrial automation applications, providing reliable and durable performance.

Series 46 switches are of modular construction, providing easy configuration to meet specific application requirements. They come with a separate front actuator, a sturdy metal fixing ring, and either a snap-on style or integrated mounting flange with a BA9s LED holder. This design ensures easy installation and maintenance, saving time and effort.

Furthermore, the contact blocks of the series 46 switches clip onto the mounting flange, allowing for up to two contacts per row. If additional blocks are required, they can easily be added to customize the switch to specific needs.

The series 46 is rated to EN 60947-5-1 and UL 508. Their maximum AC switching voltage is 500 V_AC with a maximum switching current of 10 A per AC15. Their maximum DC rating is 220 V_DC with a maximum DC current of 5 A according to DC13.
