Ultra-Thin Series Solder Wire

Chip Quik's ultra-thin solder wires are excellent for soldering small electronic assemblies and for precise solder application. Their thin size allows precision feeding of the solder wire into the solder joint being formed. The built-in flux core helps these ultra-thin solders flow easily into the joint.

Chip Quik’s ultra-thin series solder wire is available in six different spools:

• Tin and lead (Sn63/Pb37 and Sn60/Pb40) comes on 100 g spools 0.015” (0.38 mm) diameter wire with a 2.2% synthetic flux core that is no-clean and water-washable
• Tin and lead/silver (Sn62/Pb36/Ag2) comes on 100 g spools 0.015” (0.38 mm) diameter wire with 2.2% no-clean water-washable synthetic flux core
• Tin, silver, and copper (Sn96.5/Ag3.0/Cu0.5) comes on 50 g spools 0.006” (0.15 mm) and 0.008” (0.2 mm) diameter wire with 1.2% no-clean water-washable synthetic flux core
• Tin and copper (Sn99.3/Cu0.7) comes on 100 g spools in 0.012” (0.3 mm) diameter wire with 2.2% no-clean water-washable synthetic flux core
