Webinar - Scaling the Benefits of Silicon Carbide with Wolfspeed Power Modules

Wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductors are becoming increasingly widespread with applications such as electric vehicles taking off. Silicon Carbide (SiC), in particular, is the focus of Wolfspeed’s power modules. While they see the significant benefit of this technology, they’ve heard some common misconceptions surrounding it. To clear the air and give more information about the benefits of their power modules, they are partnering with DigiKey for a webinar on June 15th, 2023, at 11 AM CDT.

During the webinar, the Global Channel Technical Manager for Wolfspeed, Nick Powers, will present how to care for the topology within the module, various thermal management techniques, and system assembly simplification.
