The ultra-low forward voltage (VF) and low reverse leakage current (IR) result in very-low total conduction losses and enhanced efficiency. The combination of energy efficiency, high-temperature capability, and low package profile make the ST1045S the ideal rectifier solution for today’s energy-sensitive, space-constrained applications such as solar by-pass circuitry.
