The MCUs deliver low power consumption with operating frequency options up to 240 MHz. They also offer internal Flash memory ranging from 512 kB to 8 MB. Packages cover a wide range from 48 to 324 pins and include a CAN FD interface. Design resources are available to help get designs to market as quickly as possible.
