Powerpole® Series Connectors

Anderson Power’s Powerpole series connectors feature four housing sizes that can carry a wide range of amperage and wire sizes in the most compact footprint. The series handles currents up to 350 A and wire sizes of 20 AWG (0.75 mm²) to 3/0 AWG (70 mm²). A wide range of colored housing options can be stacked together to create a proven reliable custom connector. These housings can be used with different contacts to create wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, or wire-to-busbar connections. These Powerpole connectors combine high-quality materials with a cost-effective and innovative design for powerful versatility.

Powerpole Pak PP15 to PP45 series connectors have shell-enclosed stacked groupings of PP15 to PP45-sized housings in a durable black shell for a finished connector appearance and additional features. Plug shells offer the option of integral latches and strain relief to help secure connection. Inline, panel mount, and blindmate configurations are available.

Powerpole PP75 series connectors have housings that can be used for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board, and wire-to-busbar applications. Wire sizes from 16 AWG (1.3 mm²) to 6 AWG (13.3 mm²) offer power capabilities of up to 120 amps per pole. Locking housings can secure Powerpole housings to each other and to mounting pads.

Powerpole PP120 series have housings designed to accommodate up to 1/0 AWG (50 mm²) wires and handle high currents up to 240 A. Reduced bushings allow PP120 to accept down to 8 AWG (10 mm²) wires. Multiple colors of stackable housings combine with low-resistance flat wiping technology to offer powerful connection capability.

Powerpole PP180 series connectors have the largest of the Powerpole series housings. They are designed to accommodate up to 3/0 AWG (70 mm²) wires and handle high currents of up to 350 A. Busbar contacts are also available for power inputs and takeoffs. Color-coded housings minimize user confusion and the potential of cross-mating circuits.
